The group offers a chance to share  feelings, experiences and learn techniques to improve your overall health.


Week 1 - Looks at diet and the foods needed to balance the increased blood sugars and inflammation which can lead to menopausal symptoms.

Week 2 - Skin problems, for instance dry skin and ane issues 

Week 3 - Sleep cycle which may become disruptive during menopausal years.

Week 4 - Address stress and increased anxiety that can take hold during the menopause.
